You’re in luck. With nearly seven years of copywriting and content strategy experience, I’ve built a career crafting compelling, conversion-driven copywriting to reach both B2C and B2B audiences.

I’ve worked in-house marketing for SaaS companies, where I’ve developed brand and content strategies. I’ve worked agency-side on both Fortune 500 and SMB accounts across the tech, healthcare, and finance verticals. And a fun fact: I freelanced as a food writer, where I told the stories of chefs and other small business owners.

What does this all mean?

I’m comfortable bouncing between short- and long-form copy across mediums and platforms. I know inbound marketing like the back of my hand—and engage with users across each stage of the marketing funnel. I approach content strategy holistically and use data to back up decisions.

Okay, so who am I?

After earning my B.A. in English from Virginia Commonwealth University, I moved to Denver, where I explored the Rocky Mountains and built a writing career that spanned the marketing, advertising, and journalism realms. Since relocating back to Virginia in 2017, I’ve freelanced with national nonprofits and ad agencies, and worked full-time at a digital marketing agency.

When not writing, I can be found cooking, reading, or hanging out with my wife Nicole, our cat Bonnie, and our dog Bruce. I enjoy long-distance bike touring (although my knees may say otherwise) and am happiest while in the mountains.
