Human Interest
As the marketing team’s first remote hire, I built the fintech unicorn’s content program and brand identity from the ground up. I helped launch the Human Interest Learning Center, a conversion-optimized hub that drives ~500+ MQL conversions and ~75k+ sessions quarterly.

I oversee strategic management of cross-functional content operations and scale brand programs within the Revenue department (i.e., content marketing, editorial, PR/media, social, design, etc.) to help drive growth and increase customer count from 1,500 to 30,000+.

I helped the company launch the industry's first-ever cash-back program and (k)ickstart classroom (click to view program content), the program's free educational component, designed to drive retirement plan access and participation for those making less than the median national wage. (k)ickstart classroom drove 1,500+ unique views and 2,000+ newsletter subscribers within the first 30 days.
