In 2015, I worked on a long-term contract to develop a content marketing program for a Denver-based startup that specialized in technology training and consulting for the Baby Boomer generation.
Working directly with the company’s founders, I developed the company’s brand messaging and style guide from ground zero—including tone, voice, mission, and vision.
I helped the company develop personas, define their service offerings, and refine their website efforts. Working directly with the lead developer and designer, I helped solidify elements of the website, including its headers, subheaders, and main navigation.
In addition, I helped establish their blogging and social media efforts, including video scripts.
